The worst Pesach ever happened 5 years ago, when we went out for Sedorim, but way too far away from our own house, so we stayed at our hosts' next door neightbours guest apartment.
It was a disaster. First of all, when the kids got tired, they were on top of us, as we could'nt put them to sleep (too big for carriage naps). So the I more or less did not have a seder at the end of the seder.
In the morning, there was nothing to give to the kids, and we had to go to our hosts for breakfast (cold outside, everybody wakes up at different times...). I couldn't wait for YT to be over.
Something similar happened 2 years ago - were were staying in the house, but our hosts (and us with them!!) went out for one Seder to their married daughter. The disaster had repeated itself.
Since then (last year) we stay home for Sedorim.....
